Pros

Opportunities for growth and advancement definitely exist, but you have to be willing to work hard and separate yourself from all the rest, which is not as easy as it sounds.

Cons

Politics exist like any other large corporation and the bonus structure could be a lot more competitive and in alignment with the market. It is a sales and tech driven company, which can put someone at a disadvantage if they are not in one of those areas.

=> Competitive Salaries => Free Pick-up and Drop Services.

Cons

=> Old legacy code written with lot of half done upgrades. It is like nightmare for a coder to find head and tail of the things along with heavy expectations of delivering it fast. => SMEs are more caring for saving their own positions rather then helping the new joiners to ramp-up. => Technical innovation is not a goal, it is just a good to have thing.
