Pros
Friendly staff, 80 hours vacation, 40 hours sick (vacation is earned, sick available on day one), cafeteria on top floor.
Cons
I hated this job so much! To be honest it was the worse I've ever had. The way they operate is so out-dated. Support Specialist have to use far too many systems to perform one task. The systems aren't even up-to-date. Most haven't had an update until at least the 90's (think DOS- codes, black and white screens). Compare the old systems with the type of questions people would call in a kit and I knew I wouldn't stay long. Hands down the dumbest job I've ever had. I left one day and never came back.
