      You get paid with good benefits that start day one which is good. but you are just another number to the company

      Cons

      overworked and underpaid they never give you breaks they aren't that great of a company. work was hell a lot of micromanagement taking place behind the scenes

      Decent benefits; time off for new employees; overtime; solid company

      Cons

      Large company stereotypes find truth here - lots of red tape. Training is plentiful, but inefficient and ineffective. Management could be more nurturing and motivational rather than worrying about the bottom line. Inefficient implementation process. You're at fault when a client does not start on time or at all, though the specialist does not make the sale.
