      Pros

      great benefits, education reimbursement. I feel like I have support from management. The business division I work for is clear about short-term and long-term goals.

      Cons

      Since ADP is such a huge company, it seems difficult to move up quickly. There aren't a lot of openings, and a lot of qualified (either by ability or experience) individuals looking to move up.
