Job safety, opportunities to move internally and explore. Stable industry HCM is hardly affected by market uncertainty. Not amazing but decent employee benefits. Culture can vary depending on teams. Hybrid work and WFH flexibility.

Cons

Average compensation. They should spend more on employee benefits considering their revenue. No employee retention. Promotions are slow and heavily dependent on management.
