Good Company to work for with a decent work/life balance

Pros

As stated work/life balance is fairly good. Inclusion feels like a high priority. Health benefits decent as well. Management is supportive.

Cons

While yes given floating holidays they don't give certain holidays off. Other companies give both the 5 (or more) floating holidays and the normal federal holidays. Monetary Compensation no longer seems as competitive to other companies.

Great Work-life balance and working hours.

Cons

Emotional and very hard at treating an employee. Not sure if you can talk to them openly about facts(Happening within the team by wearing a smile on their face).
