Pros

Compensation and benefits are great. The ability to work remotely is a huge benefit. Company policies are refreshingly progressive.

Cons

Getting things done is next to impossible due to the need to coordinate among multiple groups with different priorities and kingdom building. NJ dictates how things are done, usually in a bass-ackwards way. Senior leaders (esp. NJ) are aggressive, condescending, and micromanaging. New ideas and changes are not valued. Recognition is only given to a few star players. Fixing problems requires jumping through many hoops, causing apathy to flourish.

Pros

Knowledgeable co-workers, mostly stable company, ok benefits, nice new exercise room

Cons

Worsening silos between product development groups, long hours for some application developers, inadequate communication between onshore and offshore teams, break-neck deadlines imposed by management, career advance path remains murky for many, morale still low
