Disney mothership so employees get Disney benefits. It's an independent station owned and operated by ABC. Disney or ABC does not interfere in poor management.

Cons

Worst work life balance, runs like a mom and pop place, VPs with no management skills or qualifications. Highly dissatisfied employees o are just there to protect their jobs.

Great company with alot of perks, especially free entry to all the parks and discounts to the Disney Store. People have been here for years so its great learning from them if youre open to it

Cons

People have been here for years, so kind of hard to get in a FT role.
