      Pros

      Disney mothership so employees get Disney benefits. It's an independent station owned and operated by ABC. Disney or ABC does not interfere in poor management.

      Cons

      Worst work life balance, runs like a mom and pop place, VPs with no management skills or qualifications. Highly dissatisfied employees o are just there to protect their jobs.

      Pros

      Loved working here. My main role was account management and driving new business. I was also responsible for selling event sponsorships. The benefits were generous. Good salary plus commissions. Flexibility to work from home as needed. Loved the Disney benefits.

      Cons

      Sales is tough in the Bay Area due to traffic and dense population, so lots of time is spent in the car.
