Benefits are OK. Great Flexibility.

Cons

Tough to get raises or promotions. Management gets all the bonuses, subordinates get the crumbs. Band width of position is insane.

Great pay, bonuses, many counties to work at , vacation the best ever.

Cons

Still struggling to meet government contract requirements. They tell employees matter but time after time they have violate there own polices.
