We will continue to do what we can to hire, train, engage, develop and grow our people. We also are always trying to find ways to improve the types of technology, platforms, systems, tools and resources our employees work with.       Employer Short Staffs Programs and Offers Low Salaries

      Broad range of work and contracts.

      Cons

      They expect the world, but will dump you in a heartbeat. Your loyalty is not rewarded. Not sure how they continue to staff the programs, their salaries and pennies compared to others.

We are excited about the tenure of many of our employees and the knowledge, skills and abilities they bring to the company. We know our company does not survive with out them.       Pros

      It’s a good place to work, decent pay for an easy job

      Cons

      Everyone is out for themselves and themselves only, can’t get people to come work and stay, floor management doesn’t know what they are doing half the time and screw employees over then expect them to just do whatever they ask. Favoritism is a major issue here. Working conditions suck have been working without a dust collector for months and keep getting told it will be fixed when it thaws out........
