Pros

Great place to work for especially on OEM Solutions and Commercial team. People are great. Opportunity for Hybrid schedule.

Cons

I'm not happy with the current team that I am on which is the reason for the lower review. Employee morale is lower and staff stretched thin. I feel the pay is lower than market and you have to be really aggressive to earn a raise (Just my experience)
