      • The cafeteria is nice and scenic with its plant wall

      Cons

      • A revolving door of employees, no one seems to stay long • CEO isn’t personable. Coming from a company where the CEO would stop by at random to say “hi” or would be right in the trenches with leadership serving their employees…John Holmes doesn’t seem to care. • lack of diversity

      Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear your experience working for our company is not meeting your expectations. We have many tenured employees that work for our organization and have been very instrumental in helping mentor new employees that come in. We know how much our CEO cares for this company and how important it is for our employees to love to come to work. The excitement we have for our diversity program continues to grow with 6 ERGs in place, cultural awareness workshops all over the globe, our new diversity and inclusion training program and the continued amount of growth and development for all employees.

      Great people to work with, benefits are decent, upper management listens. Great place for beginners who want to learn.

      Pay is low compared to the surrounding area. Difficult to retain good quality employees.
