Pros

Currently not many. They do have benefits..that is about it.

Cons

Maintenance is among the worst in the business. Low wages bring in the inexperienced only and the mx employees still with the company after many years are only there due to not being able to get a job elsewhere. I can't believe the FAA has not shut us down for that alone! Operations is just as bad. Lowest paying in the industry. And now hiring inexperienced guys to do Airdrop and NVG operations. (accident waiting to happen) Leadership....or lack there of. Palm Bay leadership is non-existent. They don't support field maintenance or operations. This is especially true for the last two to three months. New leadership has no idea what they are doing.

Pros

Ability to gain much needed experience for new mechanics. Thats it.

Cons

I could make more managing a Dairy Queen than working on Aircraft for this company. They absolutely rape their skilled employees in all areas...over worked...grossly underpaid...etc. Also completely disregard any leg up you think you may get from being a veteran. They could care less that you actually have a stone hard work ethic and will bend over backwards to get stuff done in a correct and timely fashion. Instead they will print you a t-shirt for veterans day...and continue to pay you less than the cleaning crew they employ. Veterans please look elsewhere.

Disappointing and a waste of time.

Pros

Some co-workers are nice.

Cons

Some of the people are genuinely nice but I found not one person to be trusted and it always seemed like someone was stabbing another in the back if the opportunity presented itself. Zero chance for advancement. Absolutely zero. Many family members and/or friends of the family work there and get paid a ridiculous amount of money for doing next to nothing. The "world class" company is all hype and does not live up to world class standards or accommodations. The HR department is a joke. The treatment of employees is absolutely terrible at times which explains the high turn-over rate.
