      Great Company but has some downfalls

      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time at AAR. Great benefits, mediocre pay, PTO, relaxed work environment. Learned a lot working here. 401k and employer matched, stock purchase.

      Cons

      No room for advancement. Only time you are allowed to advance is when someone leaves the company. Didn't like their covid rules. They don't enforce rules across the board. Certain employees get away with a lot.
