      Bad management , does not train employees very well.

We do have a global Learning and Development program that includes Leadership Development, Skills and Competency Development, 1:1 coaching, Mentorship Program and many other individual training programs. We will continue to make sure we are communicating as much as possible about all these great development opportunities.

      Pros

      AAR is a great place to work for many reasons. Global exposure, multiple areas of business to learn about and experienced leaders to help show you the way. In addition, you get the opportunity to build your skills through formal Learning and Development via classroom, online and virtual, Quarterly Lunch and Learns with Senior Leaders, Mentorship program, and Quarterly Check Ins for Performance Management.

      Cons

      I would like to see even more opportunities to learn about the different parts of the AAR business.
