      Great employees and veteran programs

      Pros

      The employees are top-notch. They have OJT programs to train new mechanics and veterans can also use their GI Bill concurrently to collect their VA education benefits. The company has a lot of programs to benefit its employees both professionally and personally.

      Cons

      They lack qualified mechanics, as does the entire industry right now.

      Living conditions are better than most contracts.

      Cons

      Best job I ever had, worst company I ever worked for. Company will lie and nickel and dime you to death. Always trying to find ways to shortcut pay and expenses.

      Benefits are okay and the work environment is tolerable.

      Pay is terrible. Wages haven't kept up with cost of living.
