Cons

The management makes up their own rules on the 1 day you get to work from home. Some managers and coworkers are very toxic and untrustworthy individuals. Benefits are not that great.

You are just a number as the only concern is a profit, risking the safety of the aircraft that leave this facility

Cons

The management is so disconnected of what happens on the floor. They will not invest in the safe working of their employees but will buy all the management new desks and ergonomic working chairs.
