      Pros

      Its a job that is about it, nothing more to say about it.

      Cons

      Horrible company to work for. Do not take care of employees. Do not care about morale. WIlling to let senior people go to replace with interns. Pay is horrible for the job we get assigned to do. I myself have to do the job of 4 people and get no recognition or anything just a notice that I might be laid off. WIll work 14 hour days and if you are salary you will get NO overtime.

      AAR gave me a lot of responsibility, but only because the company was such a disaster.

      The lack of strong business processes and policies can result in large responsibilities and quick promotions for the lucky.

      Cons

      Corporate management doesn't know what to do with the Cargo Systems division. Constant personnel changes in division management contributed to the firm's challenges in competence and business processes.
