      Pros

      The people in the worker bee positions were always willing to help. The medical insurance was above par. Thats about it.

      Cons

      This company is so top heavy with managers that truly dont have a clue as how to run a business. Ecspecially an aviation business.

      There are no pros. If you wanna get treated like garbage cause you are a contracting then by all means work here

      Cons

      My first week there my lead wanted to fire me for no apparent reason what so ever other than he didn't like went to HR for help but got none a week later I'm terminated. Many Spanish speaking people breaking things on the plain and locals getting the blame for it. Management doesn't communicate very with anyone. One hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. Management can make any descision above 5th grade level. Good ole boys club to the max. If you are a contractor DO NOT waste your time and money coming here. You will be sorry.

      Pros

      Good learning experience, career springboard, there are some really good mechanics to work with. Benefits are decent except the 401k match.

      Cons

      Inconsistent pay practices, hiring quantity and not quality to meet customer demands, upper management only counts beans. The 401k match is kinda pathetic, but a match nonetheless.
