You get to work inside, you have holidays off, PPE is supplied by the company, coworkers are more than willing to help and share tools, they're fairly generous with overtime.

Cons

Training can be a problem sometimes with people occasionally not referring to the manuals (As required by federal regulations) and instead defaulting to their own methods.

Great experience on heavy jets

Cons

Everyone speaks Spanish. Pay is low for what your doing and there is alot of pressure to work fast with little compensation. You are rushed to work fast and when the planes leave you are left without work for up to a week every month and forced to use PTO so you never actually get to use it.
