The pay is good. Workload was fine. Benefits were great. The people that worked there were friendly

Cons

Lack of stability in management. No cohesive plans to help the mission. Promises would be broken and they would make us take leave for holidays and weekends, if our leave would extend over the weekend. The company as a whole were not prepared for this contract. They listened to the wrong people in order to set up their facility. They constantly cut corners in order to save money
