Its a job that is about it, nothing more to say about it.

Cons

Horrible company to work for. Do not take care of employees. Do not care about morale. WIlling to let senior people go to replace with interns. Pay is horrible for the job we get assigned to do. I myself have to do the job of 4 people and get no recognition or anything just a notice that I might be laid off. WIll work 14 hour days and if you are salary you will get NO overtime.

Poor management at the site level Leadership is a revolving door of different directions and people No one in charge understands the business anymore, driving poor decisions Lack of long term planning, just current year or quarter
