Pros

Flexible schedule for some departments. Some opportunity to grow if you are someone that managers like.

Cons

There are many employees that work there that get by with doing absolutely nothing. While others have to pick up their slack and leave at the end of the day frustrated. Upper management has no idea what the actual worker bees do from day to day, nor do they care. There are a lot of office dwellers that, in my opinion, get paid to do nothing. Compensation is terrible.

Pros

There is a lot of opportunity to step into larger roles and advance. 9-5 work schedule. Opportunity to travel overseas a lot.

Cons

The city of Goldsboro has absolutely nothing to do. There was nothing bad about working for at AAR.
