Pros

Gets you heavy maintenance experience Tuition reimbursement if you don't have your A&P yet (or for other majors) Schedule isn't horrible Mentor programs (sheet metal, avionics, A&P) Referral bonuses (even though they lowered it) Holiday pay, vacation time (2 weeks for 1-4 years, 3 weeks for 5+)

Cons

Pay Pay Pay Seriously can not stress how much they do not pay. But it is an MRO and they want cheap labor so thats what you get.

Pros

Experience gained in composites techniques and how aerospace is 'supposed' to work. Many co-workers with great knowledge of composites and innovative ideas for improving operations.

Cons

Managment in disarray. Zero coordination between departments. Management was changed 5 times in the 3 years I was there. Most of them had no experience with composites.
