Great Opportunity to work on multiple types of aircraft.They have a pretty good training dept. When allowed to get off hangar floor.

Cons

Being pressured too much... Hurry Hurry!!! Not much cross training with other coworkers. Not enough supervision for inexperienced Personnel.

They do a lot of good things for their employees, great lunch and learns, benefits are good..

Cons

Like any other place AAR can be a good place to work for if you land in the right department and not so much if you don't. Watch the people you interview with carefully if you are considering working there. Listen to your gut if someone you could potentially work for doesn't seem like a good match for you.
