Nothing unique to shout about

Cons

Children of own and friends in the compnay whom are well taken care of regardless of thier ability to contribute. Seen employees with better quality forced out due to non-liking from the family & friends. ~Also, Cold in nature the environment~

AAR Integrated Technologies Family oriented, great people, and generally a fun place to work. General Manager will have this place moving in the right direction.

poor pay and not a lot of backlog to support full time work
