Pros

Ability to gain much needed experience for new mechanics. Thats it.

Cons

I could make more managing a Dairy Queen than working on Aircraft for this company. They absolutely rape their skilled employees in all areas...over worked...grossly underpaid...etc. Also completely disregard any leg up you think you may get from being a veteran. They could care less that you actually have a stone hard work ethic and will bend over backwards to get stuff done in a correct and timely fashion. Instead they will print you a t-shirt for veterans day...and continue to pay you less than the cleaning crew they employ. Veterans please look elsewhere.

Pros

The local staff was the best part of the organization and the top executives out of Chicago made several trips to Huntsville to learn about the business and provide a forum to interact with the middle management team.

Cons

The benefit package is surprisingly sparse for the size of this business and financial profit margin objectives were unrealistic for the defense market place.
