Got it, & thank-you. Spot-on regarding MRO growth, as Company has really hit the after-burner, pushing past 5.5m hours. Comp is always dynamic (especially at the beginning), yet plenty of advancement. On this end, promise to keep pushing, as love heavy iron Av Mx. Straight ahead & we'll keep 'em Flying! G-Man

Pros

The work is great and very needed. The accomplishment and professionalism of the operators

Cons

Ridiculously unorganized human resources staff, especially in Melbourne. So much infighting and backstabbing it's pathetic. Two years later no change. Constant delays. They don't evaluate applicants but rely on trying to promote the unprofessional HR employees there. Case in point, the INL contract. Took 2 years to get final award. Perfect director/VP candidate from DynCorp that knows the program inside out yet they refused to even talk to her. The HR team is just horrible.

Pros

AAR Duluth hires non-certified mechanics and will pay for their school to get their A&P (as long as they work full time) AAR Duluth is a great entry point into commercial aviation.

Cons

AAR Duluth pays very low for an aviation maintenance facility. AAR Duluth doesn't have many affordable housing options nearby, requiring you to likely drive over the bridge from wisconsin to work everyday.

Good copy friend. The tuition reimbursement is a great benefit, & love that Lake Superior is such a quality education partner. Your station is a passion point, as worked that project from the very beginning. Was even there when the first aircraft (think it was a 19 or 20) was released. Oh, and will look into the HR item. Blue skies, & let's all keep 'em Flying! G-Man
