7yHello, and thank-you for your review. On this end, internships, along with apprenticeships, continue to be a powerful pipeline into the Company, as have personally worked the platform since first day. In addition, worked and supported a similar program when I was with the Disney Company (10 years), so strong past-performance. Not sure on Cons language, as have seen the intern become my boss. Moreover, aviation requires that stout heart with great optimism, & will always work to encourage, especially around career advancement.
