Greetings, & thank-you for the notes, as on this end, always working to advance the effort of WorkAsOne, so that we can all be DoingItRight. Not sure about the one star, so perhaps consider a modification, or just pull down, as anybody who knows me, clearly knows that I/we have worked the Rockford project with a passion unknown to mankind. That is the full truth. Standing up a brand new facility is not for the timid, and I would be happy to discuss & visit with you. Available all the time. 1-630-227-2074. And of course, out in the Rockford Region at least once a week or so. Very Respectfully, G-Man

Good Monday evening from AAR HQ- First, thank-you for post, as do appreciate candor. Vital that all policies & ops are followed, especially around the type of missions we work & support. Do understand "job" note, & agree that work is always interesting. Saw that the first time I engaged with the workforce, back in the day. Making a tight turn into "Loyalty" , as on a personal level, have found loyalty to employees & shareholders/stakeholders, always pointing North. In fact, willing to share my personal proof points with colleagues, as we do #WorkAsOne , so please feel free to reach out. Work out of WD. Promise to continue to drive #OwnIt . #BlueSkies for the #InformedCandidate & let's keep Fix 'em & Fly 'em! V/R, G-Man #gdrecruit #DoingItRight #TipsStrategiesInsights

Pros

Great rotation schedule, pay/benefits are good.

Cons

Pilots and mechanics were undermanned in Afghanistan 3 out of the 5 years I was there. Productivity suffered and could not compete with competition. Never had enough spare parts to keep the birds in the sky.
