Hello- Realizing Company works to be a leader in Av Mx, spot-on re: tight procedures with Quality First & Safety Always. On the Cons side, will push on # item, as I personally know many, i.e. RFD station. And it is always tough to line up workforce with inputs, yet can promise that we are focused on that for sure. Pros

The work-life balance is fair as long as you meet your deadlines to submit proposals and projects on time. Management was easy going in the front office and open to helping (or finding help) if you if needed.

Cons

The work was very repetitive and the office culture was dry -- not a place I looked forward going to every day after the first six months.

Hello, & thank-you for your service to the Company. Straight ahead for the future indeed. On the promotion, personally encourage working to have folks jump on tuition reimbursement program/additional certs, credentialing, ratings, etc. Probably have seen that on your end, yet with that, have seen careers zoom for sure. Just my 2 cents though... Blue skies all the way, Greg "G-Man" Dellinger
