      Hello, and thank-you for your current employee review. Spot-on regarding the culture around learning and professional development. Especially at the Indy station, & the through put of narrow-bodies. From GenFam to CBT, over to OJT, the Company strives to keep moving in that direction. Making a tight turn into comp., the hangars strive to be competitive, along with offering employee incentives. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), & Company Holidays are part of the overall package, and we support wellness opportunities and give education assistance. Pretty solid for sure.
