      The ability to work as many hours as needed.

      Cons

      Newbies start off under paid, absolutely no training. They give you a book that is missing information to do your job and don’t you dare ask for help from the lead because you won’t get it. You must know multiple programs and complete tasks for mechanics. Job isn’t hard just as long as you are computer savvy. Stressful due to lack of training and people!
