Not much flexibility and company likes to micromanage.

Thank you for your review. We like the fact that we have a beautiful facility where employees like to come into the office and interact with others. We also know how important it is to provide flexibility to our employees. This includes multiple work spaces such as working from home, collaboration areas, and stand up desks, work hours with random starts times and autonomy to accomplish goals and objectives. We will continue to do what we can to create a positive work environment for our people.

Cons

No real growth opportunities. Management not straight forward with it's staff.
