Good training Friendly Environment Family Oriented Decent Pay Looked out during the pandemic Most of the managers are really good. Work Life Balance is Amazing

Cons

#1 problem. More accountability for bad hangar managers. This particular manager has been reported numerous times but nothing has been done. They just tell you "Get your experience here than leave." Otherwise, just deal with it. Pay was decent Could have had more workers for certain jobs.

Good manager, no micromanagement , and great hours

Cons

Most managers are horrible if you're on the floor you'll get treated like garbage while the leads sit on they're butts doing nothing and hiding.
