Was challenged as to why I would want to leave my current position to join PPG. What is your biggest weakness? usually an interview ender for me. Most questions were OK but when you are being peppered with questions for 1.5 hours it becomes difficult to read how you are doing and to build rapport with your potential bosses.
Lots of behavioral questions. Situation, action, result format. "Can you tell me about a time when you...? What action steps did you take? What was the result?" Why should we hire you?
