They wanted to know what's my experience in the area I was going to cover. My future brand manager asked me 10 questions related to the stuff I should be responsible for. They tested my technical and language skills. They asked me what I like and once I've answer I like cycling, they asked me to sell them my bike. They would like to see the way I would sell it to the client. They asked me whether I'm able to work more than standard working hours if my work is then very well paid.
