I was asked what was an accomplishment I was proud of, and having graduated recently from a relatively prestigious university I answered that. The follow-up question was literally, "So what? A lot of other people graduated from there too."

For this specific role, I was asked if I was willing to work weekends and holidays and to choose from a short list of specific shift times they were looking for, but when I received my offer I was able to request a different shift entirely. They were very accommodating and open to working with me.
