All competency questions as in on-line application. What do you know about ONR? Why do you want to work for ONR? Prior seeing the interview panel, I was advised subject of a presentation for which I was given 30 minutes to prepare in a separate room. It was on skills of a good manager, challenges managers face and conflict resolution. I had 10 minutes to present. One panel member was watching time.

The screening call asked basic questions about my previous employment, management experience and willingness to work various hours and travel. The interview with the manager and direct reports felt odd as it was only 1 hour over the phone. They proceeded to ask about management style, asking the difference of a manager in this role versus a supervisor. In addition, I was asked why they should choose me.
