Mostly behavioral questions. I feel that the interviewer I got seems a little over board, not very friendly, asking what were I were doing during your free time? and also, How do you know about the company when you don't even know anyone in the company? something like that... of course... It's standard, you research the company before applying.
Experience related questions, very generic
E.g. Help me with some situation where data can play pivotal role in improving companies sales numbers.
Tell me about a time when you have to juggle between two projects.
phone screening interview question is typical call center and customer volume. Simple math calculation.
No call occurred so no questions were asked.

Asking many mathematical modeling questions. Different but very easy ones. The interesting thing was that at the final step, the manager said that they did not need someone familiar with operations research!!! This was contradictory to the job posting. In such a case, why they were asking those many questions about mathematical modeling!? I got the impression that they might want to hire someone from inside and my interview was just a filling the requirement. Even I get a job offer, I am not willing to work for them.
