It was unexpected that they are asking I supply my own leads to start, which is usually the tell for a weak or underfunded marketing department. But this may be specific to my situation/dealer.
How comfortable are you with commission only sales?
Asked me lots of questions about what I've sold, how much it cost and what types of high tech products I've sold. Seemed very interested about how I interfaced with the many technologies I sold. Yet, at the end of the interview (when I trial-closed her), she said she was "concerned about my lack of high-tech sales" I had(?). She didn't listen to anything I said during most of the interview. Maybe I was the wrong nationality/sex?
They were interested in knowing who some of my major accounts were with my previous position.
Would my husband mind if I worked evenings? ...because in the past, they had trouble with women not being able to work evenings or weekends and it never works out.
