What three things could you improve about yourself?
To introduce myself and role play. it was actually fun and I really enjoyed. I'm writing this here so no one feels too nervious (a bit nervous is OK). They are very kind and helpful. Don't hesitate to ask if you don't understand a question. I think they appreciate honesty.

1st round :- self intro , extempore round ,and laptop or wifi connection 2nd round :- self intro , why wanna join bpo , do I have a laptop and wifi connection ? 3rd round :- self intro , extempore round both in Eng and Hindi , real time situation , why customer service is important .
