The first part was an email from the recruiter. After that, the phone call where you discuss your experience, what are you looking for, they ask you very regular and normal questions and not confusing ones. Very fast you know if you are going to the next stage. The next stage was with an interview with Team Lead and a Manager to whom you would report to. Also very nice, pleasant and fair interview and questions with the clean instructions and explanations. Also, very fast you know if you are going to the next stage. The last part was an assessment about their tool. Very cool tool. You need to figure the tool out, complete the task and after that to reply to customers' inquires. I found the assignment very interesting. After the assignment, you either get the offer or not.

After that, the phone call where you discuss your experience, what are you looking for, they ask you very regular and normal questions and not confusing ones. Very fast you know if you are going to the next stage. The next stage was with an interview with Team Lead and a Manager to whom you would report to. Also very nice, pleasant and fair interview and questions with the clean instructions and explanations. Also, very fast you know if you are going to the next stage. The last part was an assessment about their tool. Very cool tool. You need to figure the tool out, complete the task and after that to reply to customers' inquires. I found the assignment very interesting. After the assignment, you either get the offer or not.
