During the interview there were multiple questions focused into better understand my collaboration/ problem solving skills. I had the opportunity to ask a lot about the company and the culture during the interview. The interview also included an excel problem to be solved, which is common for the kind of role I was applying for. I received very good feedback about Novelis form their employees during the interview process.
