First you have an introductory call with HR where they explain the role, ask you a quick summary of your professional background, your motivation, salary expectations, etc.
Second round is a business case that is handed over a couple of days before the interview and they give you 20-30 min for the case, 5-10 min of questions about the case followed by a regular hiring manager interview with behavioral based questions
