I applied online. I interviewed at Zalando (Berlin) in Dec 2021
Interview
Same 3 step Approach
1) Codility Test ( 3 questions , 1 Spark, 1 sql , 1 python)
2) Hiring Manager Call -> Grill roasting of past experience
3) Loop Interview
Round 1 -> 1 SQL Program, 1 Python Program & System Design questions
Round 2 -> Behavioural and Experience oriented questions
Round 3 -> I was confident before this round. There are no technical questions. But the problem is , he is trying to ask the questions about your motivation to join the team. Grilled most time on the motivation only.
