I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Worley (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2012
Interview
Telephone conversation consist of five brilliant minds on their end and just me on the other end of the telephone. Make certain you have a nice environment to think in and have had a decent time to have prepared. Listen carefully because you are not in charge, others have assembled their best talent and it is their election to interview you. Do not answer in long or abbreviated answers. Find a time to talk and do not interrupt but candidly ask if your response is required either during the process or if you will comment at the end then write down their questions and ask at the end when a decision will be made.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Worley (Jakarta) in Jan 2014
Interview
Interviewed directly by Project Manager and HR. At the end, HR insisted asking my current salary (I didn't fill it in the form). I got email for not getting to next stage 2 weeks later (seems they needs time to interviewed other candidates besides me).
Got the impressions that WP is surprised that people would like to work for them. Dug the info about it is hard seeing people hired doing nothing, but WP will retain top positions. It seems the business is like roller coaster.
