The position being evaluated was the usual mix between Managerial ability allied with unique technical knowledge. This the interview had multiple review, with various people evaluating different aspects of what was anticipated for the position. This was done with professionalism and consistency

My manager called and noted that they were looking for someone with my experience to enable them to take on a bigger role. I was interviewed by two of my (to be) key customers, and offered the job subject to references. The reference process asked for input from every previous employer, some of which proved a little difficult to line up, but otherwise the process was a breeze
