Worley interview questions

Called me up for a phone interview during the week. Interviewed with the office manager and direct supervisor for the position. The interview took about 40 minutes. Both interviewers were very honest with what life at the company was like and what they were looking for. Could tell after the interview my background did not quite align with what they were interested in.
